Transdyne Corporation Process Improvement Director

Dr. Mary Anne Herndon specializes in providing CMMI-DEV v.1.3 based courses, appraisals and consulting for small and medium organizations in implementing CMMI.  She is an certified SCAMP v1.3 lead appraiser and SCAMPI Class C and B team leader and an instructor for the Introduction to the CMMI-DEV v1.3.

Transdyne Corporation provides both commercial and government contracting small to medium organizations the process improvement opportunities improve their project planning and management, risk and requirements management, engineering, and support functions, such as configuration management, quality assurance and process performance measurement.

 As a member of the International Research Consortium (IPRC),  http://www.sei.cmu.edu/iprc/ir-workshop.html, small settings focus group, she was on the program committee for the first International Workshop on Implementing Formal Process Improvement Models in Small Settings.   She is a member of the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) and National Defense Industries Association  (NDIA).
